Where do you ship out of?

Men's Luxury Bracelets.com ships from multiple locations.  We ship from our location in Boca Raton Florida as well as direct from the manufactures.  We have affiliate relationships with some of our vendors, so they will ship it out from their location and handle all aspects of your order from shipping time, delivery, returns and warranty issues. If you have any questions or problems with any order, please email us at sales@mensluxurybracelets.com and we will handle any issues you many have no matter where your bracelet is coming from.

What if I want to return my bracelet?

Most of our manufacturers allow 30 days to try on the bracelet you purchased and see if it fits and is comfortable to wear.  After 30 days, the company will not accept any returns.

What happens if my bracelet is defective?

A.

This very rarely happens because of the quality and workmanship of the pieces we sell, but if there is a defective clasp or any issues with the function and wear of the bracelet, please contact via email with your issue.  We will handle the problem with the manufacturer to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What if I get the wrong size?

A.

If you receive your bracelet and it is too tight or too loose and you want to exchange it for a different size, just email us and we will arrange to have the correct size sent to you.

How long should my bracelet last for?

A.

The bracelets on our website are of superior quality and craftsmanship. Under normal wear, they should provide years of pride and sustainability. We cannot be responsible for abnormal wear. If there is misuse or abuse of the bracelet (construction worker, sea water, gravel,dirt, excessive perspiration, chemicals), we cannot accept the bracelet as defective.

Do you offer any discounts?

Any discounts are the responsibility of the manufacturer.  Our staff constantly reviews pricing and will make any necessary adjustments online when the company informs us of a reduction in pricing. Due to MAP guidelines, many prices shown are the manufacturers selling price.  If there are any discrepancies, you will be credited the difference between the price on Men's Luxury Bracelets.com and any discounts offered by the manufacturer.

Yes, some of our manufacturers and vendors sell on Amazon, and we link directly to their Amazon store.  If you see a luxury bracelet on our site, just click the "BUY NOW" button and it will take you directly to Amazon for purchase.
